What this is
Andrea Schulman ("I", "me") offers two coaching services: the Clarity Session (a single 60-minute 1:1 coaching session) and the 8-Week 1:1 Program (eight weekly sessions plus messaging support). These terms cover the Clarity Session, which is what you can book through this site. The 8-Week Program is contracted separately in a private agreement after a Clarity Session.
Payment
The Clarity Session is $150 USD, paid in advance through Stripe. Payment is required before scheduling. The fee is non-refundable. The commitment is part of why this works.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice — message me on WhatsApp and we'll find a new time. Less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show, forfeits the session. If something exceptional happens, talk to me. I'm a person.
What coaching is, and what it is not
Coaching is reflective, goal-oriented conversation. It is not therapy, psychiatric care, medical advice, halachic ruling, or legal counsel. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed therapist, your doctor, or a crisis line. If you need halachic guidance, ask a posek. If you need legal advice, talk to a lawyer. I'll happily refer you to any of these if needed.
Confidentiality
What you tell me stays between us. Three standard exceptions: (1) if you indicate immediate danger to yourself or others, I'll respond; (2) with your explicit written permission, I may share something specific (such as a testimonial); (3) I sometimes use anonymized patterns from coaching work in writing or teaching — never anything that could identify you.
Your responsibility
Coaching outcomes depend on your engagement, honesty, and follow-through. I bring the structure and the questions; you bring you. I can't promise specific results — I can promise a real conversation and my full attention for the time we're together.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for decisions you make based on coaching conversations. Total liability under these terms, in any case, is limited to the fees you've paid me in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, where I'm based. Any disputes that can't be resolved through good-faith conversation will be brought before the courts of Israel.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Substantive changes that affect existing bookings won't apply retroactively.
